ORDER REGARDING MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES PURSUANT TO 42 U.S.C. § 406(b)

On November 7, 2019, Shellie Lott, counsel for Plaintiff Sheri Leanne Qualls ("Plaintiff") filed a motion for attorneys' fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b). (Doc. No. 20.) On December 20, 2019, counsel for Plaintiff filed an amended motion for attorneys' fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b). (Doc. No. 25.) On December 23, 2019, the Commissioner of Social Security (the "Commissioner") filed a statement of non-opposition to the amended motion. (Doc. No. 27.) However, neither motion indicates whether Plaintiff was served with copies or otherwise notified of the motion and amended motion and provided an opportunity to respond.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. Counsel for Plaintiff shall promptly serve Plaintiff with copies of the motion (Doc. No. 20), the amended motion (Doc. No. 25), and this order and shall file proof of such service with the Court; and

2. Within fourteen (14) days of service, Plaintiff may file her response, if any, to the motion and the amended motion. Any response shall be in writing and filed with the Court. Counsel for Plaintiff shall assist Plaintiff with electronically filing any response to the motion and the amended motion.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
