STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO CONTINUE SENTENCING HEARING
GARLAND E. BURRELL, Jr., Senior District Judge.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Phillip A. Talbert, United States Attorney, through Michele M. Beckwith, Assistant United States Attorney, attorney for Plaintiff, and Heather Williams, Federal Defender, through Assistant Federal Defender Noa E. Oren, attorney for Zargham Bukhari, that the sentencing hearing, be continued to May 12, 2017.
The parties agree that a continuance provides enough time for defense counsel to mitigating information in preparation for sentencing and represents the best next date for the sentencing hearing. Probation is aware of this stipulation and does not oppose the request.
ORDER
The Court, having received, read, and considered the parties' stipulation, and good cause appearing therefrom, adopts the parties' stipulation in its entirety as its order. The Court orders the sentencing hearing is now set for May 12, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Garland E. Burrell.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
