ORDER ADOPTING STIPULATION REGARDING SCHEDULING ORDER IN PART AND FURTHER MODIFYING THE SCHEDULING ORDER

On September 6, 2019, in accordance with the Court's August 8, 2019, Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendant Strategic Materials, Inc.'s Motion to Strike (ECF No. 71), the parties submitted a proposed stipulation and proposed order regarding an amended Scheduling Order, which contemplates discovery regarding Plaintiffs' "batch costs" and the corresponding extension of other scheduling deadlines. (ECF No. 76.)
Upon review of the Stipulation, the Court finds that it is reasonable and adopts it in part and modifies the Scheduling Order in this action (ECF No. 42.) as follows:
