STIPULATION AND ORDER RE PAGE LIMITATION FOR DEFENDANTS' REPLY IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO DISMISS SECOND CONSOLIDATED AMENDED COMPLAINT

WHEREAS, by Stipulation and Order dated October 12, 2010 (Docket #43), the parties set page limits on Defendants' motion to dismiss the Second Consolidated Amended Complaint for Violations of the Federal Securities Laws (the "SAC") and related briefs;

WHEREAS, the parties have agreed that given the complexity of the issues to be addressed in Defendants' reply in support of the motion to dismiss the SAC, an expanded page limit is warranted;

THEREFORE, the parties, by and through their undersigned counsel of record, hereby agree and stipulate that Defendants will file a single reply brief that shall not exceed 25 pages.

The parties respectfully request that the Court enter an Order approving this Stipulation.
