IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective counsel of record, that with the Court's approval, the time for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment be extended from February 13, 2019 to March 15, 2019. This is Defendant's second request for an extension, which is necessitated by the undersigned counsel's conflicting deadlines, including two other filed summary judgment motions and three filed answers on February 11 and 12, 2019. In addition, counsel will be out of the office performing military reserve duty on February 13, 2019.

With the Court's approval, the parties further stipulate that the Court's Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly.
