IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and among Plaintiffs Michael Robey, Moe Asgharnia, and James Comb ("Plaintiffs") and Defendant Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc. and Toyota Motor Corporation ("Defendant" or "Toyota"), by and through their undersigned counsel, that pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the above-captioned action is hereby dismissed without prejudice as to the class claims and with prejudice as to plaintiffs' individual claims.
