IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties, through their respective undersigned attorneys, and with the permission of the Court, that plaintiff's time to file a reply brief motion for summary judgment is extended to May 3, 2019.

This is a first extension. Plaintiff's counsel had and has four briefs due April 26 (a Friday) and April 29, 2019, (a Monday), will only file one, and filed an opening brief April 25.
