PROTECTIVE ORDER RE WITNESS STATEMENTS PRODUCED BY FBI

Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, and good cause having been shown therefor, the Court enters the following protective order covering witness statements produced by the FBI in this action:
The FBI may produce, pursuant to this order and section 552a(b)(11) of the Privacy Act, relevant witness statements to the parties in this action, regardless of whether such documents are otherwise subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. § 552a). Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, any such documents otherwise subject to the Privacy Act may be used only for the purpose of this litigation.
