Defendants Unknown Members of Crow Tribal Health Board, Honorable Chief Justice Joey Jayne, Honorable Justices Leroy Not Afraid, and Kari Covers Up, have filed a motion to allow counsel to appear at the Preliminary Pretrial Conference by telephone.
