The court finds that appellant SSC Farming has violated Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 8009 along with this Court's briefing order by failing to file its opening brief within the prescribed time or request an extension. SSC Farming's counsel has withdrawn and no new counsel has entered an appearance. The court concludes that SSC Farming has abandoned its appeal. That being the case, the Trustee's motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 30), is GRANTED, and this appeal is hereby DISMISSED for lack of prosecution.
