ORDER CONTINUING HEARING ON PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO REMAND

Before the Court is plaintiffs' motion to remand, filed May 31, 2017, and set for hearing on July 28, 2017. Also before the Court is plaintiffs' motion to remand, filed July 7, 2017, in related Case No. 17-3825, which motion is set for hearing on August 18, 2017.
As the above-referenced motions present common questions of law pertaining to the Court's subject matter jurisdiction over the two cases, the Court, in the interests of judicial economy, finds it preferable to hold the hearings on those motions on a single date.
Accordingly, the Court hereby CONTINUES the hearing on the motion to remand in the above-titled action to August 18, 2017, at 9:00 a.m.
