JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION

In accordance with the Court's Order granting the Motion for Default Judgment filed by plaintiffs Carpenters Southwest Administration Corporation and Board of Trustees for the Carpenters Southwest Trusts (collectively "Plaintiffs"),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:

1. Plaintiffs shall have judgment entered in their favor against defendant Wooten Construction Company for: Unpaid contributions: $299,304.91 Liquidated damages based on 51,727.40 original contributions: Interest on the unpaid 80.54 contributions pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1132(g)(2) (at 7% per annum) and the Trust Agreements from the due date to the audit billing date: Audit Fees: 28.20 Interest from audit billing date 29,097.40 to June 20, 2017 (accruing at $67.68 per day): Attorneys' fees pursuant to 10,622.82 Local Rule 55-3: Total: 390,861.27 2. Plaintffs shall have judgment entered in their favor against defendants Kenneth Wooten, also known as Ken Wooten, and Ray Wooten for: Unpaid contributions: $29,022.22 Interest on the unpaid 1,617.78 contributions pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1132(g)(2) (at 7% per annum) and the Trust Agreements from the due date to June 20, 2017 (accruing at 5.57 per day): Attorneys' fees pursuant to 2,341.33 Local Rule 55-3: Total: 32,981.33 3. Wooten Construction Company shall, for so long as it remains bound to make payments or contributions to Plaintiffs, provide to Plaintiffs complete, truthful, and accurate Employers Monthly Reports covering all employees of Wooten Construction Company, employed during the previous month under the Master Agreements between it and Plaintiffs; 4. Plaintiffs shall recover their costs of suit; and 5. Plaintiffs shall recover from Wooten Construction Company, Kenneth Wooten, also known as Ken Wooten, and Ray Wooten, postjudgment interest on the amount of the Judgment from the date of entry of Judgment until the date the Judgment is paid in full at the statutory rate pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961(a).
