STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO FILE FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES AND EQUITABLE RELIEF

THELTON E. HENDERSON, District Judge.

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto through their respective attorneys of record pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(2) that Plaintiff AMEC ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE, INC. may file a First Amended Complaint for Damages and Equitable Relief, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The parties have further stipulated through their attorneys of record and request that the Court enter an order pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(3) that Defendants shall have until April 1, 2013 to file an answer to the First Amended Complaint.
