STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND DISPOSITIONAL DOCUMENTS FILING DATE
TROY L. NUNLEY, District Judge.
WHEREAS, the parties to this Action submitted a Notice of Settlement on April 12, 2017;
WHEREAS, on that same day, pursuant to Local Rule 160, this Court set a May 3, 2017 deadline to file dispositional documents;
WHEREAS, the parties have been working diligently complete the settlement and dismissal of this action; and
WHEREAS, despite the parties' diligence, additional time is required to complete the execution of papers necessary to implement the resolution of this action:
Subject to the approval of this Court, the parties hereby request and stipulate to extend the deadline to file dispositional documents from May 3, 2017 to May 24, 2017.
The parties have conferred and jointly agree to this extension.
