STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER EXTENDING PLAINTIFF'S TIME PERIOD TO RESPOND TO COMMONWEALTH'S MOTION TO DISMISS [ECF NO. 10]

Plaintiff Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity but as Trustee of ARLP Securitization Trust, Series 2014-2 (hereinafter "Wilmington"), and Defendant Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, ("Commonwealth") (collectively, the "Parties"), by and through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate and agree as follows.
Wilmington filed its Complaint on October 19, 2018 [ECF No. 1] and Commonwealth filed its Motion to Dismiss on January 18, 2019 [ECF No. 10]. In order to review the points and authorities cited by Commonwealth in its Motion to Dismiss and provide a complete response, the Parties agree to extend the deadline for Wilmington to file response by 30 days, to March 3, 2019.
This is the Parties' first request for an extension and is not intended to cause delay or prejudice to any party.
IT IS SO STIPULATED.
