Summary: ORDER DALE A. DROZD, Magistrate Judge. This matter came before the court on June 8, 2012, for a Status (Pretrial Scheduling) Conference. However, that same day, plaintiffs filed a voluntary dismissal, without prejudice, pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Defendants have not filed either an answer or a motion for summary judgment. Accordingly, plaintiffs' request will be granted and this action is dismissed without prejudice. IT IS SO ORDERED.
