ORDER GRANTING REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE OF INITIAL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

Presently before the Court is Plaintiff CUBUS Solutions, Inc.'s ("CUBUS") Request for Continuance of the Initial Case Management Conference or, In the Alternative, Telephonic Appearance at Initial Case Management Conference, and good cause appearing therefore, the Court hereby GRANTS the Request for Continuance of the Initial Case Management Conference from July 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. until August 20, 2014 at 2:00/p.m. A joint case management statement must be filed by August 30, 2014.
