STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER TO EXTEND TIME

The parties, through their respective counsel, stipulate that the time for filing of Defendant's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and Memorandum in Support of Defendant's Cross-Motion be extended thirty (30) days from February 12, 2017 to March 14, 2017. All other due dates would be extended accordingly. This is Defendant's first request for an extension of time. Counsel for the Defendant needs additional time because of workload issues and having been reassigned cases previously assigned to attorneys who have left the office.

1. Nancy A. Berryhill is now the Acting Commissioner of Social Security. Pursuant to Rule 25(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Nancy A. Berryhill should be substituted for Acting Commissioner Carolyn W. Colvin as the defendant in this suit. No further action needs to be taken to continue this suit by reason of the last sentence of section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
