The United States of America, by and through its counsel of record, the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of California, hereby moves to unseal the indictment and arrest warrants issued in the above-captioned matter. The indictment was unsealed in the Central District of California in connection with James Steven Harris' out-of-district appearance there on the matter. Co-defendant Tracy McArthur Harris is in federal custody and is being transported from FCI Beaumont, eliminating the need to keep this matter sealed.
