STIPULATED REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL OF COMPLAINT AND CROSS-COMPLAINT FOR INTERPLEADER; [PROPOSED] ORDER

TO THE COURT, CLERK OF COURT, AND ALL PARTIES:
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between plaintiff and cross-defendant Ali Rezapour, defendant and cross-complainant State Farm General Insurance Company, cross-defendant Aurora Rezapour, and cross-defendant Nationstar Mortgage LLC that both the complaint and cross-complaint for interpleader be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure section 41(a)(2).
