ORDER ACCEPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
JOSEPHINE L. STATON, District Judge.
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court has reviewed the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus [Dkt. No. 1], the Answer to the Petition [Dkt. No. 10], all the records and files herein, and the Report and Recommendation of the assigned United States Magistrate Judge dated October 29, 2019 [Dkt. No. 14]. No objections to the Report and Recommendation were filed. As such, after thorough analysis and consideration of the Report and Recommendation, the Court concurs with and accepts the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the Magistrate Judge.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
