STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE — FRCP 41(a)(1)(ii)

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Plaintiff ROSE MARTINEZ and Defendants WAL-MART STORES, INC., WAL-MART ASSOCIATES, INC., and WAL-MART STORES EAST, L.P., by and through their respective attorneys of record, that the above-captioned action be and hereby is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE in its entirety and with respect to all parties pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(ii). The parties further stipulate that each party shall bear their own costs and attorneys' fees. The Clerk shall close this file.
