ORDER

MICHAEL J. NEWMAN, Magistrate Judge.

Now before the Court is a motion to withdraw as Trial Attorney filed by Plaintiff's counsel, Lawrence J. Greger, Esq. Doc. 38. Having carefully reviewed the motion, the Court finds good cause has been shown and the other requirements of S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 83.4(c)(2) have been satisfied. The Court ordinarily will not grant such a motion unless a new Trial Attorney has been designated, as is required by S.D. Ohio Civ. R. 83.4(a). Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff shall secure a new Trial Attorney by May 9, 2014 and file a Notice of Appearance on or before that date. Mr. Greger will remain as Trial Attorney in the interim, and no ruling on the motion is made at this time.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
