STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO EXTEND TIME TO CONTINUE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE AND TIME FOR PARTIES TO FILE JOINT CASE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

This stipulation is entered into by and among Plaintiffs Andrew Gasser, Noriko Ikeda and Melinda Kelly, and Defendant Aliph Brands, LLC ("Aliph), by and through their respective counsel:

WHEREAS, on January 24, 2019, the Court granted in part Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to

Amend and to Substitute Parties (Doc. Nos. 108, 113);

WHEREAS, on January 28, 2019, Plaintiffs filed their currently-operative Fourth Amended Complaint ("FAC"), which names Aliph as the Defendant in this matter (Doc. No. 116);

WHEREAS, a Further Case Management Conference is currently set for May 22, 2019, and a Joint Case Management Statement is due May 15, 2019; and

WHEREAS, the Parties have reached a settlement and are in the process of finalizing the settlement agreement, which is the purpose of continuing the dates for the Parties to file the Joint Conference Statement and Case Management Conference.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, subject to approval by the Court, as follows:

1) The currently-scheduled Case Management Conference will be continued to June 26, 2019, or as soon thereafter as may be heard by the Court, and the parties will file a Joint Case Management Statement on or before June 19, 2019.
