CONSOLIDATED CLASS ACTION ECF STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME TO SERVE INITIAL DISCLOSURES

WHEREAS, Lead Plaintiffs filed the Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint on May 28, 2010;

WHEREAS, the Court issued an order on October 5, 2010 granting in part and denying in part the motion to dismiss filed by the Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation and Individual Defendants (collectively, "Wells Fargo Defendants");

WHEREAS, the Court issued an order on October 19, 2010 granting the Underwriter Defendants' motion to dismiss;

WHEREAS, the parties agreed that Defendants shall answer the Amended Complaint on or before November 23, 2010;

WHEREAS, this Court set the deadline for Wells Fargo Defendants' initial disclosures as November 23, 2010;

WHEREAS, the week of the Thanksgiving holiday is November 22, 2010;

WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Defendants request a one week extension to November 30, 2010 to serve their initial disclosures;

WHEREAS, Plaintiffs do not oppose a one week extension to November 30, 2010 for the Wells Fargo Defendants and Plaintiffs to serve their initial disclosures;

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the undersigned counsel for the parties herein, that:

The deadline for Wells Fargo Defendants and Plaintiffs to serve their initial disclosures is November 30, 2010.

Filer's Attestation: Pursuant to General Order No. 45, Section X(B), regarding signatures, I attest under penalty of perjury that concurrence in the filing of the document has been obtained from each of the other signatories listed above.

ORDER

In accordance with the parties' stipulation, it is hereby ORDERED that:

The deadline for Wells Fargo Defendants' and Plaintiffs' initial disclosures shall be November 30, 2010.
