DONNA M. RYU, Magistrate Judge.

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between Plaintiff Georgette Medina (Plaintiff) and Defendant Commissioner of Social Security (Defendant), by and through their respective counsel of record, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time of twenty-eight (28) days to file Plaintiff's Motion For Summary Judgment. The current due date is September 30, 2014. The new due date will be October 28, 2014. This is the first extension of time requested by Plaintiff. Plaintiff requests this extension because Plaintiff's counsel is a solo practitioner, did not represent Plaintiff at the administrative hearing and needs additional time to thoroughly review the administrative record before preparing the Motion for Summary Judgment. Additionally, Plaintiff's counsel has a hearing and mediation scheduled for the week of September 22, 2014.

The parties further stipulate that the Court's Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly, with October 28, 2014 set for Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, November 25, 2014 for Defendant's Cross Motion/Motion for Summary Judgment and December 9, 2014 for Plaintiff's Reply
