The Joint Stipulation between Plaintiff Miichael Pallagrosi ("Plaintiff") and Defendants The Gap, Inc., Gap (Apparel) LLC, Gap International Sales, IInc., Banana Republic LLC, and Banana Republic (Apparel) LLC (collectively, "Gap") Re: Continuance of Hearing Date and Briefing Schedule for Gap's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Class Action Complaint ("Motion") is GRANTED.
1. That the hearing on Gap's Motion is continued to March 8, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.;
2. That the last day for Plaintiff to file an opposition to Gap's Motion is January 11, 2018; and
