STIPULATION
Please take notice that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff JESSICA MARTINEZ and Defendant LIVEWATCH SECURITY, LLC, by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate to the dismissal of this action.
