ORDER

Defendants are proceeding pro se with the above-entitled action. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21).

On May 20, 2019, the Magistrate Judge filed Findings and Recommendations ("F&Rs") herein which were served on all parties and which contained notice that any objections to the F&Rs were to be filed within fourteen days. ECF No. 34. The time for filing objections has expired, and Defendants have filed objections to the F&Rs. ECF No. 35.

The Court has conducted a de novo review of the file and finds the F&Rs to be supported by the record and by proper analysis.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The F&Rs filed May 20, 2019 (ECF No. 34) are ADOPTED in full;

2. Plaintiff's January 2, 2019 Motion to Remand (ECF No. 21) is GRANTED;

3. Defendants' Motion to Withdraw Plaintiff's Attorney and Stay this action (ECF No. 18) is DENIED without prejudice as moot; and

4. This action is REMANDED to the Sacramento County Superior Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
