ORDER AFTER DISCOVERY HEARING

For the reasons stated on the record at the discovery hearing yesterday, plaintiff's request for protective orders (Dkt. No. 281) is DENIED. Defendants' request to compel certain discovery (Dkt. No. 282) is HELD IN ABEYANCE pending resolution of their motion for partial summary judgment (Dkt. No. 275). Defendants' motion for leave to amend infringement contentions (Dkt. No. 292) is GRANTED IN PART as to the '353 patent with the understanding that defendants will not seek to add new accused instrumentalities. Defendants' administrative motion to shorten time (Dkt. No. 293) is DENIED AS MOOT.
