STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

Plaintiff Bobby S. Okowa and Defendant United Parcel Service, Inc. ("UPS"), by and through their undersigned counsel of record, hereby stipulate and agree that the above-captioned action is dismissed with prejudice in its entirety pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This stipulation does not affect the rights or claims Plaintiff may have against any party other than UPS and its employees, agents, and representatives. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
