STIPULATION & [PROPOSED] ORDER

WHEREAS the parties have met and conferred and believe that this matter would benefit from referral to a Magistrate Judge for a settlement conference,

NOW THEREFORE the parties jointly stipulate and request that the Court refer this case for a settlement conference. The parties respectfully request that the Court refer the case for this purpose to Magistrate Judge Kim, if she is available, or alternatively to Magistrate Judge Spero, if he is available. Should neither of them be available, then the parties respectfully request that the Court refer the matter to another Magistrate Judge in the District, with a preference for assignment to a Magistrate Judge in the San Francisco Division.

PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, this case is referred to Magistrate Judge. Sallie Kim for a settlement conference.
