[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED REQUEST FOR ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF PLAINTIFFS' CLAIMS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER/DISTRIBUTOR DEFENDANTS AND RETENTION OF JURISDICTION

Plaintiffs Bunnett & Company, Inc. and Energy Feeds International, LLC (together, "Plaintiffs") and Defendants Wawasan Agrolipids SDN BHD, Agrofin, Inc., Palmolyn PTE LTD, Paros Corporation PTE LTD, Gareth Cheong, Yap Wai Joon and Wei K. Yong-Su's (collectively, the "Manufacturer/Distributor Defendants") Stipulated Request for Order of Dismissal under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2), having been taken under consideration, and good cause appearing therefor, the Stipulated Request for Order of Dismissal is hereby GRANTED.
Plaintiffs' claims against the Manufacturer/Distributor Defendants are hereby dismissed with prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2). The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the parties' confidential settlement agreement and compliance with the terms of that confidential settlement agreement. Each of the Plaintiffs and the Manufacturer/Distributor Defendants shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
