STIPULATION
The parties hereby file this stipulated motion pursuant to LCR 7(d)(1) and LCR 10(j) to extend the deadline for FRCP 26(f) Conference, Initial Disclosures Pursuant to FRCP 26(a)(1), and Combined Joint Status Report and Discovery Plan as Required by FRCP 26(f) and Local Civil Rule 26(f). The court order (Dkt. #5) set deadlines as follows:
FRCP 26(f) Conference: 3/8/2018
Initial Disclosures Pursuant to FRCP 26(a)(1): 3/15/2018
Combined Joint Status Report and Discovery Plan as Required by FRCP 26(f) and Local
Civil Rule 26(f): 3/22/2018.
After moving the Answer deadline out to facilitate settlement discussions, it became necessary to move the other deadlines to accommodate settlement discussions and to save our client's the unnecessary fees. The parties, therefore, join in respectfully asking the Court to extend the deadlines as follows:
