ORDER
Pursuant to the Stipulated Request For Dismissal Of Navigators' Claims Against Intuitive Surgical, Inc. With Prejudice filed by Plaintiff Navigators Specialty Insurance Company ("Navigators") and Defendant Intuitive Surgical, Inc.
