ORDER FOR REMAND

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT upon consideration of Defendant's Stipulated Motion for Remand, the Court hereby REVERSES the Commissioner's decision in this matter and REMANDS the cause to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings, a new hearing, and a new decision. See Shalala v. Schaefer, 509 U.S. 292 (1993).

On remand, the Commissioner will offer Plaintiff a new hearing; consider evidence from treating source Dr. Alex Bloom; evaluate the opinion of Dr. Bloom and the opinion of Nicole O'Hartz pursuant to 20 CFR 404.1527, 416.927; give further consideration to the claimant's maximum residual functional capacity; if warranted by the expanded record, obtain supplemental vocational expert evidence to clarify the effect of the assessed limitations on the claimant's ability to perform other work in the national economy; and take any further action needed to complete the administrative record.

This case is being remanded pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 58. The briefing schedule in this matter is vacated.
