JOINT STIPULATION REGARDING BRIEFING SCHEDULE FOR PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR CLASS CERTIFICATION; [PROPOSED] ORDER

EDWARD M. CHEN, District Judge.

WHEREAS, on April 10, 2014 the Court ordered that Plaintiff file her Motion for Class Certification on or before May 27, 2014;

WHEREAS, on April 10, 2014, the Court ordered that a status conference be held on June 5, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. to set a briefing schedule in response to Plaintiff's Motion for Class Certification;

WHEREAS, on May 27, 2014 Plaintiff filed her Motion for Class Certification and supporting documents;

WHEREAS, Defendant intends to depose William H. Green, whose declaration was submitted in support of the Motion for Class Certification, and undertake additional internal investigative efforts in support of its Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification;

WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed, by and through their attorneys of record, that the filing date for Defendant's Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Class Certification should be July 31, 2014;

WHEREAS, the Parties have further agreed that the filing date for Plaintiffs' Reply in Support of her Motion for Class Certification should not be set at this time but that the Parties should meet and confer within one week after the filing of the Defendant's Opposition regarding a proposed filing date for the Reply brief;

THEREFORE, subject to the approval of the Court, Named Plaintiff Ronie Richie ("Plaintiff") and Defendant Blue Shield of California ("Defendant"), by and through their respective counsel of record, hereby enter into the following stipulation:

1. Defendant shall file its Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification on or before July 31, 2014;

2. Plaintiff and Defendant shall meet and confer regarding a filing date for Plaintiffs' Reply in Support of her Motion for Class Certification within one week after the filing of Defendant's Opposition.

3. The status conference currently set for June 12, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. shall be continued until on or about August 14, 2014 to set a schedule for Plaintiff's Reply in Support of her Motion for Class Certification.

I, Christopher A. Rheinheimer, attest that concurrence in the filing of this document has been obtained from each of the signatories hereto.

[PROPOSED] ORDER

Based on the Parties' Stipulation and good cause appearing, the Court orders as follows:

1. Defendant shall file its Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification on or before July 31, 2014;

2. Plaintiff and Defendant shall meet and confer regarding a filing date for Plaintiffs' Reply in Support of her Motion for Class Certification within one week after the filing of Defendant's Opposition.

3. A status conference shall be held on 8/14/14 at 10:30 a.m. to set a schedule for Plaintiff's Reply in Support of her Motion for Class Certification.
