STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT TO AVOID PREFERENTIAL TRANSFERS, TO RECOVER PROPERTY AND FOR RELATED RELIEF
ROBERT A. GORDON, Bankruptcy Judge.
WHEREAS, Neenah Paper, Inc. (the "Defendant") has been validly served with the Complaint to Avoid Preferential Transfers, to Recovery Property and for Related Relief (Adv. Pro. No. Docket No. 1) (the "Complaint"), filed by Edward T. Gavin, the duly appointed Trustee of the FPI Liquidating Trust (the "Trustee") against the Defendants on January 8, 2013, by undersigned counsel, by and behalf of FPI Liquidating Trust; and
WHEREAS, the Defendant hereby requests an extension of time to file an answer, motion or otherwise respond to the Complaint; and
WHEREAS, the Trustee has no objection to such extension and postponement as set forth in this Stipulation; and it appearing to the Court that there is good cause to do so,
