ORDER CONTINUING SCHEDULING CONFERENCE

I. INTRODUCTION
WHEREAS, Plaintiff David Leroy Newman ("Plaintiff") and Defendants The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2007-HY7, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-HY7, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and Bank of America, N.A. (collectively "Defendants"), have filed a stipulation requesting that the Court enter an order continuing the scheduling conference in this matter, currently set for Friday, July 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., to Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., because counsel for Defendants, Elena O. Gekker, will be unavailable on July 22, 2016. Having considered the parties' stipulation, good cause appearing therein, the Court orders that the parties' request for a continuance of the Scheduling Conference is hereby GRANTED.
