[PROPOSED] ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

MAXINE M. CHESNEY, District Judge.

Upon motion by Plaintiff United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Defendant Robert Olins Should Not Be Held in Civil Contempt (Dkt #185) is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Robert Olins, shall appear on March 23, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., in Courtroom 7, 19th Floor, of the United States Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102, and show cause why he should not be held in civil contempt for violating the injunctive Order entered on February 25, 2011 (Dkt #160).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file, no later than March 9, 2015, a Joint Prehearing Statement.
