ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation is CONFIRMED and ADOPTED as part of this Order. Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment confirming the arbitration award is GRANTED. The clerk is directed to enter judgment for Plaintiff and against Defendant, Paul A.
