Movants in these related cases have filed ex parte motions to quash Internal Revenue Service summonses served on third parties Bank of America and Wells Fargo, N.A ("the Banks"). The cases were referred to the undersigned pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(10).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve a response to both motions by Monday, July 15, 2019. The Banks may also file and serve a response by that date, should they wish to participate in litigation of the motions. Petitioners' reply, if any, shall be due by Monday, July 22, 2019.
