On September 16, 2013, the Court ordered social security appellant Tyrone Rodney Garfield to file a brief setting forth all errors in the administrative record entitling him to relief. (Doc. 18.) He never complied, even though the Commissioner had been put to the burden and expense of producing the entire administrative transcript. Since Garfield has abandoned his appeal, this case should be DISMISSED. S.D. Ga. LR 41(b); see Link v. Wabash Railroad Co., 370 U.S. 626, 630-31 (1962) (courts have the inherent authority to dismiss claims for lack of prosecution); Mingo v.
