She has now filed a notice of dismissal saying the complaint was filed in error. ORDER OF DISMISSAL

When Plaintiff Christine Bennett failed to oppose Defendant's motion to dismiss, the Court ordered her to show cause why the motion should not be granted. She has now filed a notice of dismissal saying the complaint was filed in error. The Court construes this notice as responsive to its order, and as giving Bennett's consent to the motion's being granted.

The motion to dismiss is GRANTED and this action is DISMISSED without prejudice, but without leave to amend.
