IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered on Count 1 (a claim for deliberate indifference to Plaintiff's serious medical need for his nerve pain medication in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment) in favor of defendants Gerald W.
