Pursuant to the concession of error filed by appellees, William and Annette Sturdivant, we reverse the final judgment entered against Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA) for attorney's fees and costs, and remand for entry of a judgment in FIGA's favor in accordance with the holding in Petty v. Florida Insurance Guaranty Ass'n, 80 So.3d 313 (Fla.2012). REVERSED and REMANDED. GRIFFIN, PALMER and TORPY, JJ., concur.
