Therefore, Defendants' motion to dismiss (doc. no. 27) is GRANTED, and this action is DISMISSED without prejudice as a sanction for Plaintiffs abuse of the judicial process. SO

ORDER

DUDLEY H. BOWEN, Jr., District Judge.
