STIPULATED DISMISSAL OF DEFENDANTS CRUZ, LOWER-BRODERSEN AND MOON
JAMES DONATO, District Judge.
Plaintiff Manuel Arreola and Defendants CDCR, Cruz, Lower-Brodersen and Moon stipulate that this lawsuit as to Defendants Cruz, Lower-Brodersen and Moon shall be dismissed with out under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 41 (a)(1)(A)(ii). The Court shall retain jurisdiction over this matter until CDCR is dismissed at which point the dismissals of crue, J. Moon and Lower-Brodensen shall be with prejudice.
