MARTIN REIDINGER, District Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion to Dismiss Defendant Zurn Industries, LLC [Doc. 433].

For the reasons stated in the motion, and for cause shown,

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion [Doc. 433] is GRANTED, and all of the Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant Zurn Industries, LLC (individually and as successor-in-interest to Zurn Industries, Inc., and also as successor to Erie City Iron Works d/b/a Keystone Boiler Works, Inc.) are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
