IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 217] is GRANTED, and the Plaintiffs' claims against the Defendant Honeywell International Inc. are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
